Your product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Where will my order ship from?
We partner with a company that specialises in on-demand order fulfilment and has locations all over the world. Some orders may need to be made in a different facility in some locations, which on rare occasions may result in customs charges.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Q. I can see some white stitching showing through on the seams of my garment. Is this normal?
A. Yes, this is due to the nature of the manufacturing process of our garments:
All of our garments begin with a totally white material foundation, which is then manually stitched together once our design is printed on it. On darker/solid-coloured clothes, these seams are more noticeable and cannot be avoided.
Q. Are your leggings squat proof?
A. Our leggings are of excellent quality and have been trialled and tested to be squat proof.
They’re squat proof since they’re not see-through and don’t reveal underwear beneath the material.
It’s important to keep in mind that “white-out” can occur on tighter clothing like sports bras, leggings, and swimsuits. This is because our designs are printed on a white foundation, and when stretched across tighter regions like the buttocks, back, and knees, the internal white fibres can sometimes show through the design.
We always recommend measuring and using our product size guides prior to purchase, sizing up or going up a size if you’re in between sizes, which helps to avoid this from happening.
Regular Fit (Sports Bras/Crops) – Regular fit means the crop has very supportive, fitting fabric and best suited for A-C Cups. Sizes XS-2XL. Comes with removable cup padding.
Compression Fit (Sports Bras/Crops) – Extra support, fitting and suitable for both smaller size and larger size busts. Sizes XS-3XL. Comes with removable cup padding.
Regular Length (Leggings) – full-length leggings with supportive, high waistband. Suitable for taller sizes. (XS-XL)
Capri Length (Leggings) – 3 quarter length leggings with supportive, high waistband (XS-XL)
Plus Size (Leggings) – Larger size options (2XL-6XL). Currently only able to offer these in full length, regular waist fit.
Q. How important is it that measure myself? Can’t I just guess?
Please don’t just guess your size. It’s really important that you take exact measurements for an accurate fit (we want to prevent returns and exchanges as much as possible!).
Remember that your purchase is specifically made for you, and because we’re a small business, the expenses of remaking a garment are very high, and we have to dispose of clothes that are returned to us.
Q. I accidentally bought the wrong size! Can I exchange?
A. We accept size exchanges, but we ask the customer to be responsible for both the original and replacement garment’s delivery costs.

We want to avoid exchanges as much as possible, If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. We have one for every item listed on our store, and in the product description section. Most Bonnie’s Bat Boutique garments are made from 4 way stretch.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue an exchange.
Q. Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Q. I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
A. We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or you have the wrong item. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within a week’s time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
